The 2004 shipping season for Heirloom tomatoes will be approximately April 5th to June 23rd depending on weather conditions and where you live. Thanks to all who sent such glorious comments about my 2003 products. It is from those comments that I reap my rewards.

All plants are in 2.5"x3.5"pots. I also grow a wide variety of traditional tomato plants and may be able to ship them. If you are interested to know what varieties I have please contact me.


Would you like to get back to the wonderful flavor of the vegetables in the good ole days? Following is a wonderful collection of Heirloom tomatoes.These are plants that were originally brought to our country centuries ago.

Determinate tomatoes are a bush type tomato that reach a certain plant height and stop growing. Most production occurs in a four to six week period.

Indeterminate varieties continue to grow and produce with production spread out over a longer period of time, but less fruit at any one time.

#101 Arkansas Traveler-Indeterminate 72 days.
Smooth, crack free fruit, rose pink in color . This is from the earlier Arkansas Traveler developed before 1900 at the University of Arkansas. It has fruits that are 6-8 oz. and produce blemish free throughout the season.
#102 Aunt Ruby's German Green-Indeterminate 80 days.
Smooth globe shaped fruits with smooth skin. They are light green with a hint of yellow. Meaty and flavorful. This heirloom tomato makes a distinctive tomato juice. Sold Out
#103 Black Krim-Indeterminate 69-90 days.
This heirloom tomato is from Russia. It is deeply colored red with dark green shoulders. The red can turn nearly black with enough heat and sun. Adds interesting color to salads.
#104 Brandywine (Sudduth's Strain)-Indeterminate 90 days.
This pink colored beefsteak tomato has wonderful flavor. Makes great flavor tomato soup. This heirloom appears to have been in this country for nearly 100 years.
#105 Brandywine, Yellow-Indeterminate 90-100 days.
This yellow beefsteak type heirloom tomato has a rich taste. Distinctive but not sweet. This is a prolific plant compared to the pink brandywines. Sturdy vigorous plants. Sold Out
#106 Bull's Heart (Cuore de Toro)-Indeterminate 89 days.
This is an heirloom from Italy. This huge heart shaped pink to red heirloom tomato has been known to become as large as two lbs. It has a wonderful sweet flavor.

#107 Cherokee Purple-Indeterminate 80-90 days.
This has dusty med. pink-purple colored fruits that are 8-12 ounces. This heirloom tomato is more drought and disease resistant than others. Very sweet taste.

#108 German Pink-Indeterminate- 80 days.
Pink-skinned, potato type leaf bears large fruits. One of the most favorite pink heirloom for sweet flavor for sweet flavor.
.. #109 Green Zebra-Determinate- 78 days.
A great color addition to dishes. This fruit is green with lighter green stripes. Round small fruits with great tomato flavor. This heirloom tomato has a distinctive tart flavor.

#110 Martino's Roma- Determinate-70-75 days.
Italian heirloom, great for canning.

#111 Mortgage Lifter-Indeterminate 75-85 days.

his favorite heirloom tomato is also known as Radiator Charlie. It is meaty and has few seeds. It is pink-skinned and has good yields of fruit even in drought areas.

#112 Mr. Stripey- Indeterminate 80 days
This heirloom tomato is yellow and red striped. They are low in acid and add great color to salads. They are very large and have ridged shoulders.

#113 Nebraska Wedding-Determinate 95-105 days.
This fruit has orange skin and flesh, and is an heirloom of the Great Plains. Heavy, consistent fruit and resistant to cracking. Sold Out

#114 Mexico Midget-Indeterminate, 60-70 days.
This heirloom tomato plant produces deep crimson colored 1/2" fruits. They have a rich tomato taste and the plants are very high yielding. The fruits have a rich tomato taste. They are great in salads.

#115 Principle Borghese-Determinate 75 days.
This is the most popular Italian heirloom for sun drying. They have little juice and few seeds

.#117-San Marzano-80 days-Indeterminate.
This heirloom is slightly later than Romas but its extra meaty property with few seeeds makes it great for canning. Large elongated fruits grow in clusters

#118 Stupice-Indeterminate 55 days
This sugary sweet tomato from Czechoslovakia has potato type leaves. It is a heavy yielder and does well in northern climates. It's 2 1/2" by 2" fruits grow in clusters.

#119 Sunsugar-Indeterminate 62 days.
Not an heirloom but worthy of tempting your taste buds. These golden yellow fruits are sugary sweet and full of tangy tomato flavor. These are cherry tomato size.

#120 Sweet Pea, Currant-Indeterminate, 75-80 days.
These currant size tomatoes grow in in groups of 10-12 and they do not fall off the vine. A wonderful tomato flavor. These plants are extremely high yielders.

#121 Lemon Boy-72 days-Indeterminate.
This heirloom tomato is lemon yellow in color. Mild flavored this plant produces high yields. It provides an interesting color in salads.
