Basils
#301- Basil, Lemon (Ocimum basilicum ciriodora)- A, sun, ht. 22-24".
Great lemon scent. Use as you would regular basil but adds a great lemony flavor.
#302- Basil, Purple Ruffles (Ocimum basilicum)- A, sun, ht. 16-20".
Good basil flavor with wonderful purple color. This culinary herb makes a great splash of color in pasta and salads.

Leaves are used in Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Makes a flavorful tea.
#304- Lemon Verbena (Aloysia triphylla)- A, Z 8, sun.
Delightful in teas and potpourris. Bushy plant, strong lemon flavor. May be overwintered inside.

Low growing, trailing. Great culinary herb. May have medicinal uses for

Most common sage used for cooking, especially for poultry dishes. Sage tea gargle is great for sore throat.

This culinary herb has brillant red flowers. Good in various drinks, chicken, cheese, and in jams and jellies. An unsual culinary herb.
